Working hand-in-hand with directors, unit heads, and deans, the Desk Officers are tasked with developing and presenting standard operating procedures (SOPs) to the Quality Assurance Directorate for approval. Their duties also encompass monitoring and ensuring compliance with SOPs in their areas of responsibility, while actively identifying any obstacles that may hinder SOP improvement.
